THE DIASPORADICAL INITIATIVE is a non-profit organisation based in Barbados that is dedicated to educating and empowering the African Diaspora through the exchange of contemporary and classical culture.
We believe that by sharing our cultures and experiences, we can build a stronger and more united community.
